Without doubt the most pleasant and straight forward car purchase I’ve ever had. Steven was friendly, very knowledgeable. I paid a deposit and made arrangements to view. When I arrived the car was well prepared, paper work all laid out and ready. A quick test drive and inspection confirmed all was as described and in order. A cup of tea and chat whilst bank transfers happened and I was away home. I left LTV with an impression of a trustworthy, competent and well organised outfit. Steven will be first on my list to call when next looking for a car even though LTV are 300 miles away.

From the start on my first call the guys were totally professional,.asked about me and my thoughts about the car.not a pushy sales guy at all answered all questions without a problem..made promises on costs, delivery and the condition of the car. all of the promises were kept with 110% accuracy..emailed and phoned at all stages..a week later he is still asking if everything is ok and if I have any issues to come direct..he also offered to talk me over the controlls at any time I feel the need. What can I say.i have had many cars.without exaggeration..this is the best company I have ever dealt with..if you need a good car with an honest caring company..look NO further..I will definitely return to then, should I need a new car. Just purchased a Maserati off LTV and to say I’m over the moon is an understatement!! With everything that’s going on at the moment I had to arrange payment and delivery of the vehicle without viewing which I was apprehensive to do as I’ve never purchased a vehicle in this way however Steven was fantastic at putting my mind at rest going through everything in great detail beforehand. LTV was very professional from start to finnish when I enquired about a part exchange price he came back to me with a decent price straight away, i put a deposit down there and then to hold the vehicle and within a few days i had an appointment to go and have a look at it, when i got there the vehicle was prepared for me and it is amazing, would definitely buy off him again!
