Online Vehicle Reservation Terms and Conditions

By submitting an online reservation payment, the Customer acknowledges, accepts and agrees to be bound by the following Reservation Terms and Conditions.
The purpose of an online reservation payment is to secure the Vehicle and remove it from sale for an agreed reservation period.
The reservation payment shall be fully refundable where the Customer attends the Seller’s premises, physically inspects the Vehicle and subsequently elects not to proceed with the purchase for any reason.

In circumstances where the Customer cancels the reservation, withdraws from the proposed transaction, fails to attend a pre-arranged viewing appointment, or otherwise elects not to proceed with the purchase without first physically inspecting the Vehicle, the reservation payment shall be refundable less an administration charge of £100 inclusive of VAT, which shall be retained by the Seller.

The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the administration charge represents a fair and reasonable contribution towards costs and losses incurred by the Seller in relation to the reservation process, including but not limited to administrative processing, preparation of the Vehicle, removal of the Vehicle from active sale, management of enquiries during the reservation period and associated commercial costs arising from reserving the Vehicle exclusively for the Customer.

Reservation payments are non-transferable and apply solely to the specific Vehicle identified at the point of reservation.

Any refund due pursuant to these Terms and Conditions shall be returned to the original payment method utilised by the Customer within a reasonable period following confirmation of cancellation.

The Seller reserves the right to decline, refuse or cancel any reservation at its absolute discretion. In such circumstances, any reservation payment received shall be refunded in full.

By making an online reservation payment, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and expressly agreed to these Reservation Terms and Conditions in their entirety prior to submitting payment.
